Our partner who is a player in the international law firm market is looking for a Senior Lawyer.

Your new position
As a Senior Lawyer your tasks will include drafting of contracts/documents, legal opinions, official letters, pleadings, company formations, company changes, legal support for decision-making processes, legal compliance and research, assistance in the conclusion of contracts, representation in/out of court, filing documents in electronic systems, liaising with clients, courts, and authorities, and tracking procedures.

What you need for success
To fill this position you need at least 5–10 years’ experience after the bar exam, strong knowledge of corporate or IT or real estate law and excellent command of English language.
